A seminar on "Cluster Bombs and The Convention on Cluster Munitions" was organized by NCBL on 25 September with the theme of the seminar was "Ban Cluster Bomb ! Protect the civilian and Sign the Treaty". In the program the coordinator of NCBL and distinguish guests delivered thier speeches. More than 50 participants including CA members, political party leaderes, reprentatives of different ministries, security forces, diplomats, NGOs/INGOs, human rights activits and media participated the program.
